Puppy Application

At Goodman Dachshunds, we are committed to placing our puppies in loving, responsible homes where they will be valued members of the family. To help us get to know you better and ensure the best fit for both you and the puppy, we ask all prospective buyers to complete a short application. 

This application includes questions about your lifestyle, experience with dogs, living situation, and what you're looking for in a dachshund. It helps us understand your expectations and ensure our puppies are matched with homes where they'll thrive and truly be cherished. 

We appreciate your honesty and thoughfulness during this process - it allows us to make the most informed and intentional placements possible. 

Once your application is approved, we require a $350 deposit to reserve your puppy. This deposit is applied towards the total purchase price, which ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 depending on the puppy. 

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to provide you with a puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or unless other arrangements have been made. 

Final payment must be recieved before the puppy leaves Goodman Dachshunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold the integrity and care behind every placement.
